Dumplings


Ingredients:
  • Flour 3 cups
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Yeast 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Egg 1
For Filling:
  • Chicken mince 250 gm
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Onion (chopped) 1
  • Garlic (chopped) 4-5 cloves
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed chillies 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Spring onion (chopped) 2 sticks
  • Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies (chopped) 2-3
Method:
  • For the dough, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make a nice smooth dough. 
  • For the filling, heat a saucepan, add oil, garlic and onion, sautĂ© till pink in colour. Now add minced chicken and cook well. Add salt, chopped green chillies, garam masala, chilli sauce, and tomato sauce. Let it cook then add crushed chilli and chopped spring onion.Make small size balls of the dough, flat it and add 1 tbsp of filling. Shape the dough as dumplings and steam it for 10 minutes.
