Glazed Chicken Drumsticks


Ingredients:
  • Chicken drumsticks 1 kg
  • Water 1 cup
  • Ketchup 2/3 cup
  • Vinegar 2/3 cup
  • Brown sugar 1/2 cup
  • Butter 2-½ tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1-½ tbsp
  • Mustard 1-½ tbsp
  • Chili powder 2 tbsp
Method:
  • Whisk water, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, butter, salt, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and chili powder together in a bowl; pour mixture over drumsticks. Place in a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees C or until no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, about 1 hour, turning chicken about halfway through.
