Glazed Chicken Drumsticks
- Chicken drumsticks 1 kg
- Water 1 cup
- Ketchup 2/3 cup
- Vinegar 2/3 cup
- Brown sugar 1/2 cup
- Butter 2-½ tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce 1-½ tbsp
- Mustard 1-½ tbsp
- Chili powder 2 tbsp
Method:
- Whisk water, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, butter, salt, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and chili powder together in a bowl; pour mixture over drumsticks. Place in a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees C or until no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, about 1 hour, turning chicken about halfway through.
