Potato Salad with Dressing

Ingredients

• Potatoes, peeled cubed & boiled 3 – 4
• Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
• Sour cream 1/2 cup
• Mustard paste 2 tsp
• Ketchup 1 tbsp
• Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tsp
• Onion diced 1/2 cup
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste

Method

• Mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion and salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to toss with cubed potatoes. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
