Fish with Cumin Paste
Ingredients
- Fish fillets 1 kg
- Ground cumin 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Crushed red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
- Paprika 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Garlic, cut into halves 3 cloves
- Coriander chopped 3 tbsp
- Lemon wedges to serve with
Method
- Place all ingredients except fish and coriander in blender and blend until smooth. Spread mixture evenly over fish. Bake uncovered at 180 degrees C or until fish flakes easily with fork, 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with coriander and serve with lemon wedges.
