Fish with Cumin Paste


Ingredients
  • Fish fillets 1 kg
  • Ground cumin 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
  • Paprika 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Garlic, cut into halves 3 cloves
  • Coriander chopped 3 tbsp
  • Lemon wedges to serve with
Method
  • Place all ingredients except fish and coriander in blender and blend until smooth. Spread mixture evenly over fish. Bake uncovered at 180 degrees C or until fish flakes easily with fork, 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with coriander and serve with lemon wedges.
