Chicken in Lemon Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
- Chicken breast fillets ½ kg
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Garlic, peeled and crushed 4 cloves
- Lemon juice ¼ cup
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Parsley chopped 1 tbsp
Method
- Season the flattened chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Mix garlic, lemon juice, oil, and parsley, roll the chicken breasts to coat them.Allow to marinate at least 1 hour. Drain the chicken, reserving the marinade. Heat oil and add the chicken breasts and let brown slightly, add the reserved marinade and let cook till done.
