Sweet & Sour Boti
Ingredients
- Mutton boneless ½ kg
- Onion 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder ½ tsp
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Lemon 1
- Coriander leaves for garnish
- Green chilies for garnish
Method
- Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and sauté till golden brown, then add in 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp salt, ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp cumin powder and 1 tsp sugar. Also add a little water, Sauté for a few minutes.Now add mutton meat cut into small cubes, also add required water and cook till meat is tender.Lastly add 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Fry well till water dries.Dish it out , garnish with coriander leaves and chopped green chilies.
