Mouhalabieh



Ingredients
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 200 gm
  • Corn flour 100 gm
  • Rose water 1 tbsp
  • Pistachios (chopped) 1 tbsp
Method:
  • In a saucepan, boil milk and sugar. Mix corn flour with 20 gm cold milk and add to the boiling milk. Add rose water. Pour in serving bowls and sprinkle pistachio. Refrigerate and serve cold.
