Ingredients:
- Tomatoes 500 gm
- Lettuce 200 gm
- Cucumber 500 gm
- Red radish 100 gm
- Parsley (chopped) 50 gm
- Mint leaves (chopped) 50 gm
- Bell pepper 200 gm
- Salt to taste
Dressing:
Method:
- Wash and cut all the ingredients into cubes. Mix all the ingredients in salad bowl. Add dressing, mix well and serve with toasted bread.
