Chicken Ras Chawal


Ingredients:
  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Onion Sliced 1
  • Tomato Chopped 1
  • Green chilies 3 - 4
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic 1 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin Powder 1 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon Sticks 2
  • Cloves 3 - 4
  • Cardamoms 3 - 4
  • Worcestershire Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Boiled Potatoes( cut into halves) 2
  • Coriander Leaves n Mint Chopped as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Boiled Rice to serve
Method :
  • In oil, fry onions. Add in ginger garlic paste, green chillies and tomatoes. Then the masala and all the spices and cook 2 minutes more. Add the chicken and mix well. Add in a little water for the gravy n cover and cook. When chicken is cooked, add boiled potatoes, Worcestershire sauce, coriander leaves, mint and salt. Serve with boiled rice.
