Club Sandwich Cake


Ingredients:
  • Bread 1 packet
  • Eggs 2
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Cream cheese 1/4 cup
  • Boiled and shredded chicken 1 cup
  • Ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Cucumber 1
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Salad leaves 4-5
  • Cabbage 1 small
  • Yellow food colour
For Icing:
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Mayonnaise 5 tbsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Caster sugar 3-4 tbsp
Method:
  • To prepare icing, beat cream well. Add mayonnaise, yogurt and beat for 2 minutes. Now add sugar, salt to taste, and mix. Put the prepared icing in freezer. Beat two eggs with yellow food colour and 1-teaspoon water and fry it like omelet. To make club sandwiches, cut the sides of slices; apply mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, some shredded chicken, and omelet. Layer the salad leaves and cabbage in a tray. Place the club sandwiches at the base of cake. Now make second layer with vegetables. Frost the cake with prepared icing. Decorate the cake with vegetables and shredded chicken.
