Chicken Fingers with Tartar Sauce
 

Ingredients:
  • Chicken fillets 200 grams
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Egg 1
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper ¼ tsp
  • White pepper ¼ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
For Tartar Sauce:
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard paste
  • Lemon juice
  • Icing sugar
  • Cucumber
  • Carrot
  • Black and green olives
Method:
  • Cut chicken into strips. In a bowl, add chopped garlic, egg, flour, corn flour, all spices and make smooth mixture. If mixture gets thick then add 4 tbsp water. Add salt, black pepper powder, dry flour in the chicken. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, and fry. For the tartar sauce, mix mayonnaise, mustard paste, lemon juice, icing sugar, cucumber carrot, and black and green olives.
