No-bake Chocolate Bars
Ingredients:
- Peanut butter 1 cup
- Honey 1/2 cup
- Butter 1/2 cup
- Oats 2 cups
- Shredded coconut 1 cup
- Chopped walnuts 1/2 cup
- Dark chocolate chips or chocolate chopped 1-1/4 cups
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Melt peanut butter, honey, and butter over medium heat. Once melted, remove from heat and add oats, shredded coconut, chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until chocolate is entirely melted. Pour into a 9x13 pan and cool in the fridge. When it is set, cut into bars and serve.
