Spicy Chicken Rice
Spicy Chicken Rice
Ingredients:
- Rice 1-1/2 cups
- Chicken 1/2 kg cut into bite size pieces
- Chicken Stock 1 cup
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Sliced onion 1 cup
- Sliced green chillies 1 tbsp
- Cloves 8-10
- Cardamom 2
- Chilli powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Eggs 4
- Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Heat oil. Add in the sliced onion let sauté. Add green chillies, cloves, cardamoms, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, let sauté, add chicken stock and then the chicken and let cook till done. When very little water remains and chicken is fully cooked, add the rice. Let cook on low flame till done. Fluff up rice with a fork and serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves and wedges of boiled eggs.
