- Boiled beetroot 1
- Boiled eggs 2
- Cubed cheddar cheese ¼ cup
- Lettuce or iceberg a few
- Green or black olives a few
Method:
- Whisk the vinegar, mustard, and salt together in a bowl. Slowly drizzle the olive oil into the vinegar mixture while whisking constantly. Arrange the salad in rows on a large platter and then drizzle dressing on top.
