Shanghai Chicken Salad


Ingredients:
  • Rice vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce 3 tbsp
  • Hoisin sauce 1/3 cup
  • Sesame oil 1/4 cup
  • Grated fresh ginger 1 tbsp
  • Boiled chicken boiled 1 cup
  • Shredded cabbage 1/2
  • Seeded and thinly sliced capsicum 1
  • Thinly sliced spring onions 1 bunch
  • Chow mein noodles 1 cup
Method:
  • Shred the boiled chicken into bite size pieces. Whisk vinegar, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and ginger together in a large bowl. Add shredded chicken, cabbage, capsicum, and spring onions and toss to combine. Toss in chow mein noodles and serve.
