Shanghai Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
- Rice vinegar 1/2 cup
- Soya sauce 3 tbsp
- Hoisin sauce 1/3 cup
- Sesame oil 1/4 cup
- Grated fresh ginger 1 tbsp
- Boiled chicken boiled 1 cup
- Shredded cabbage 1/2
- Seeded and thinly sliced capsicum 1
- Thinly sliced spring onions 1 bunch
- Chow mein noodles 1 cup
Method:
- Shred the boiled chicken into bite size pieces. Whisk vinegar, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and ginger together in a large bowl. Add shredded chicken, cabbage, capsicum, and spring onions and toss to combine. Toss in chow mein noodles and serve.
