Fruity Porridge


Ingredients
  • Ripe bananas, sliced 3 cup
  • Apples, cubed 1 ½ cup
  • Porridge oats 1 cup
  • Cinnamon powder ¼ tsp
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Caster sugar 2 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
Method
  • Heat butter, add oats and sauté for three to four minutes. Add milk and one cup of water and cook till done. Add caster sugar and cinnamon powder and mix well. Transfer into a bowl and let it cool down to room temperature. Keep in the refrigerator to chill. Add bananas and apples and mix well. enjoy at breakfast.
