Egg Chaat
Ingredients
- Eggs, boiled, peeled and chopped 4
- Puris, crushed 8 – 10
- Onion, chopped 1
- Tomato, chopped 1
- Bean sprouts ¼ cup
- Potato, cubed and boiled 1
- Coriander leaves, chopped 2 tbsp
- Green chutney 3 tsp
- Tamarind chutney 3 tsp
- Green chilies, chopped 2
- Red chili powder ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Sev 2 tbsp
Method
- Mix the eggs, onion, tomato, sprouts, potato, one tablespoon coriander leaves, green chutney, tamarind chutney, green chilies, red chili powder and salt into a deep bowl. Add crushed puri and mix. Garnish with sev and remaining coriander leaves, serves immediately.
