Egg Chaat


Ingredients
  • Eggs, boiled, peeled and chopped 4
  • Puris, crushed 8 – 10
  • Onion, chopped 1
  • Tomato, chopped 1
  • Bean sprouts ¼ cup
  • Potato, cubed and boiled 1
  • Coriander leaves, chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chutney 3 tsp
  • Tamarind chutney 3 tsp
  • Green chilies, chopped 2
  • Red chili powder ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sev 2 tbsp
Method
  • Mix the eggs, onion, tomato, sprouts, potato, one tablespoon coriander leaves, green chutney, tamarind chutney, green chilies, red chili powder and salt into a deep bowl. Add crushed puri and mix. Garnish with sev and remaining coriander leaves, serves immediately.
