Namkeen Boti
Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless ½ kg
- Lemon 3
- White vinegar ½ cup
- Oil ½ cup
- Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a wok, add washed chicken. Add salt and white vinegar. Stir-fry until water dries, then add ginger paste, black pepper crushed, lemon juice, and oil. Allow to cook until chicken tender. Dish it out and serve with naan.
