- Process biscuits and make thick crumbs in a blender. Pour water, cocoa powder and sugar in a saucepan. Cook until the sugar dissolves. Keep stirring during this. Now, fold in biscuit crumbs and cook about 1 to 2 minute. Wrap the mixture in a cling and press evenly. Refrigerate it for 20 minutes or until firm. Cut it into fine even slices and serve.
