Easy Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- Cold milk 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
- Sweetened condensed milk 1 can (14 Oz)
- Salt a pinch
- Cream 2 cups
Method:
- Stir together cold milk, vanilla essence, condensed milk and salt. Set aside. Beat cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold milk mixture into whipped cream. Pour into air tight container, cover and freeze for 4 hours, stirring once after 2-3 hours or when edges start to harden.
