Coconut Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- Milk 1 cup
- Cream of coconut 1 can (14 Oz)
- Cream 1-1/2 cups
- Sweetened flaked coconut (optional) 1-1/2 cups
Method:
- Pour milk and cream of coconut in a blender and mix thoroughly. Stir in cream and flaked coconut. Freeze in an airtight container and let set overnight before serving.
