Eggless Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- Milk 1 cup
- Corn flour (heaped) 1 tbsp
- Sugar (heaped) 7 tbsp
- Condensed milk 1-1/2 tbsp
- Cream 1 cup
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Pink food colour few drops
Method:
- Boil the milk. Mix corn flour with a little cold milk and add to the boiling milk. Cook till slightly thick. Add sugar and condensed milk. Mix well or blend. When cold add cream and mix again. Add vanilla essence and few drops of pink food colour. Freeze in an airtight container. Beat it up once it is half set. Freeze again. This can also be set in popsicle molds with sticks for kids.
