Banana Nut Lassi
Ingredients:
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Banana 1
- Walnuts or almonds 3-4
- Seeds (mix of flax seeds and sesame seeds) 1 tsp
- Honey 1-2 tsp
- In a food processor, pour yoghurt, flax seed, sesame seeds, walnuts, honey, and banana. Blend it well till smooth and creamy. Transfer into a glass and garnish with chopped walnuts before serving.
