Capsicum Qeema


Ingredients
  • Mutton mince ½ kg
  • Capsicums cubed 2 – 3
  • Onions sliced 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies, chopped 4 – 5
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves to garnish
Method
  • Heat oil, fry onions till golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder and mince. Cook till water dries up and add the curd, salt, green chilies and capsicums cubed. Garnish with coriander and serve.
