Chocolate Ice Cream


Ingredients:
  • Condensed milk 300 ml
  • Dark chocolate 180 gm
  • Cream 500 ml
  • Cocoa powder 3 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence ¼ tsp
Method:
  • Melt chocolate, set aside to cool. In a bowl, combine condensed milk, cocoa powder, and melted chocolate. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Add vanilla essence and the chocolate mixture to the cream and gently fold using a spatula. Keep folding until completely mixed. Pour the ice cream mixture into an air-tight container and cover with cling wrap, make sure cling touches the mixture directly so no film can form over. Freeze overnight. You can mix in marshmallows, walnuts, almonds, fresh fruits, sprinkles, chocolate syrup, cookies etc.
