Eggless Date Cake

Ingredients:

• Dates 1/2 cup
• Milk 3/4 cup
• Sugar 3/4 cup
• Flour 3/4 cup
• Oil 3/4 cup
• Baking powder 1 tsp
• Almonds 1 tbsp

Method:

• In a food processor, blend dates, sugar and milk till a smooth paste is formed. In a bowl, take the blended mix; add oil, flour, baking powder and mix well with a spatula. Pour in a floured and greased baking dish and sprinkle almonds over and bake for 30-40 minutes at 150 degrees centigrade. Check with a skewer to see if it is baked. If it is clean then the cake is ready.
