Banana Nut Lassi


Ingredients:
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Banana 1
  • Walnuts or almonds 3-4
  • Seeds (mix of flax seeds and sesame seeds) 1 tsp
  • Honey 1-2 tsp
Method:
  • In a food processor, pour yoghurt, flax seed, sesame seeds, walnuts, honey, and banana. Blend it well till smooth and creamy. Transfer into a glass and garnish with chopped walnuts before serving.
