Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients

• Chocolate, chopped 4 oz
• Butter ½ cup
• Caster sugar 1 ½ cup
• Eggs 2
• Vanilla essence 1 tsp
• Flour 1 cup
  

Method

• Melt butter and chocolate until smooth and well blended. Mix in the sugar and eggs then stir in the flour until just blended. Spread evenly into a greased and lined 8x8 inch pan. Bake at 180 degrees C for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with crumbs sticking to it. Cool before cutting into squares.
