Banana Honey Cupcakes
Ingredients:
- Flour 4 oz
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Baking soda 1/4 tsp
- Butter (melted) 3 oz
- Light brown sugar 3 oz
- Eggs 2
- Bananas 2
- Mix melted butter, eggs and light brown sugar in a bowl. Tip in the sifted baking powder, baking soda and flour. Pour batter in the cupcake cases and bake at 160 degrees C for 20 minutes or till done. For the frosting, beat butter, add honey, sifted icing sugar and spread on cooled cupcakes. Decorate with dried banana slices if desired.
