Chocolate chip Cookie Dough Brownies

Ingredients for brownie

• Unsalted butter 3/4 cup
• Dark chocolate chips 1 ½ cup
• Caster sugar 1 cup
• Brown sugar ½ cup
• Eggs 4
• Vanilla essence 1 tsp
• Salt ½ tsp
• Flour 1 cup

Ingredients for Cookie Dough

• Unsalted butter 3/4 cup
• Sugar 3/4 cup
• Brown sugar 3/4 cup
• Milk 2 tablespoon
• Flour 1 cup
• Chocolate chunks for garnish

Method

• Melt chocolate and butter till smooth. Whisk in sugars, eggs, salt and vanilla. Sift flour into bowl and mix well. Bake for 25 minutes. 
• For cookie dough, combine butter, sugars and salt until soft and creamy. Mix in the milk and vanilla and the flour till combined. After the brownie has cooled, Pat the cookie dough mixture on top of the brownie. Chill and cut into slices.
