Sev Na Ladoo
Ingredients
- Vermicelli 150 gram
- Khoya 150 gram
- Sugar 150 gram
- Green cardamom powder ½ tsp
- Almonds, coarsely ground ¼ cup
- Pistachios, coarsely ground ¼ cup
- Ghee ¼ cup
Method
- Heat ghee in pan, and add crushed vermicelli. Stir for 2-3 minutes. Then add almonds, pistachios, cardamom powder, khoya and sugar. Mix fast. Take out in a pan and roll into ladoos.
