Sev Na Ladoo


Ingredients
  • Vermicelli 150 gram
  • Khoya 150 gram
  • Sugar 150 gram
  • Green cardamom powder ½ tsp
  • Almonds, coarsely ground ¼ cup
  • Pistachios, coarsely ground ¼ cup
  • Ghee ¼ cup
Method
  • Heat ghee in pan, and add crushed vermicelli. Stir for 2-3 minutes. Then add almonds, pistachios, cardamom powder, khoya and sugar. Mix fast. Take out in a pan and roll into ladoos.
