Ingredients
- Eggs 3
- Semolina 3 tsp
- Custard powder 3 tsp
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Ingredients for Filling
- Cream as required
- Chocolate, grated as required
- Candies, pounded as required
- Sugar to taste
Ingredients for Custard
- Milk 600 ml
- Custard powder 6 tsp
- Sugar 60 gm
Method:
- Beat eggs very well till fluffy. Add semolina, custard powder and essence. Beat continuously. Grease the tin and pour the mixture. Bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Overturn the sponge on the board. Now fill it with pounded candies, cream, sugar and grated chocolate. Roll the sponge and place it in a dish. Then pour the custard in the dish.For Custard, Boil the milk, add sugar and custard powder. Cook and stir till thickens.
