Banoffee Pie
Ingredients
- Bananas 3
- Biscuits 300 gm
- Butter 60 gm
- Double cream 350 ml
- Icing sugar 1 tbsp
- Dark chocolate, to decorate 100 gm
- Condensed milk 1 tin
Method
- For the tart, melt the butter and mix in the crushed biscuits. Press down in a tin/dish. Bake at 180 degrees C for 10 minutes. Cool. Once the base is cold, pour on the caramel evenly and place in the refrigerator for approximately 1 hour. Once chilled, slice the bananas and arrange them over the caramel. Whip cream and add icing sugar, decorate the pie with it.
