Banoffee Pie


Ingredients
  • Bananas 3
  • Biscuits 300 gm
  • Butter 60 gm
  • Double cream 350 ml
  • Icing sugar 1 tbsp
  • Dark chocolate, to decorate 100 gm
  • Condensed milk 1 tin
Method
  • For the tart, melt the butter and mix in the crushed biscuits. Press down in a tin/dish. Bake at 180 degrees C for 10 minutes. Cool. Once the base is cold, pour on the caramel evenly and place in the refrigerator for approximately 1 hour. Once chilled, slice the bananas and arrange them over the caramel. Whip cream and add icing sugar, decorate the pie with it.
