Honey Nut Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- Vanilla ice cream 1 litre
- Honey 3 tbsp
- Roasted peanuts 1/4 cup
- Roasted almonds 1/4 cup
- Roasted cashew nuts 1/4 cup
- Peanut butter 2 tbsp
- Honey 3 tbsp
- Coarsely chop peanuts, almonds and cashew nuts in a chopper and put them into a bowl. Add peanut butter and honey and mix well. Add vanilla ice cream and mix with a hand blender. Pour into a box with a tight-fitting lid. Freeze, when set serve in scoops.
