Method:
- Roast semolina till it changes its colour but do not let it turn dark brown. Set aside. Make a syrup using water and sugar, mix all the ingredients and semolina and cook on low flame. Stir continuously, till all the butter or oil used is absorbed in. When mixture leaves the sides of the pan, remove and spread on a greased surface and cut in squares.
