Fried Corn Chaat
Ingredients:
- Fresh corn kernels 100 gm
- Peanuts 40 gm
- Soaked chana dal 40 gm
For the Masala:
- Chopped onion 1
- Chopped tomato 1
- Chopped coriander 10 gm
- Chopped green chilly 2
- Lemon juice of 1 lemon
- Chaat masala to taste
- Salt to taste
- Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
For Coating:
Method:
- Pat dry corn and coat with corn flour and flour. Deep fry till it turns crispy and keep aside. Deep fry soaked lentil and keep aside. Take a bowl and mix the fried corn, lentils, peanuts and the masala ingredients. Check for seasonings and serve immediately whilst crispy.
