Fried Corn Chaat


Ingredients:
  • Fresh corn kernels 100 gm
  • Peanuts 40 gm
  • Soaked chana dal 40 gm
For the Masala:
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped tomato 1
  • Chopped coriander 10 gm
  • Chopped green chilly 2
  • Lemon juice of 1 lemon
  • Chaat masala to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
For Coating:
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil to deep fry
Method:
  • Pat dry corn and coat with corn flour and flour. Deep fry till it turns crispy and keep aside. Deep fry soaked lentil and keep aside. Take a bowl and mix the fried corn, lentils, peanuts and the masala ingredients. Check for seasonings and serve immediately whilst crispy.
