Egg Chaat
Ingredients:
- Boiled eggs 3
- Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
- Chili sauce 1 tsp
- Tamarind pulp 3 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Green chilly 1
- chopped spring onion 1
- Boondi 2-3 tbsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Method:
- In a bowl, mix tomato ketchup, chili sauce, tamarind pulp, lemon juice, roasted cumin, green chili and salt. In a plate, cut the boiled egg into two and spread the chutney over the boiled egg. Sprinkle some chopped spring onion, garam masala, boondi over the eggs and serve immediately.
