Chicken Pasta Primavera


Ingredients
  • Pasta, boiled 2 cups
  • Boneless chicken breasts, cubed ½ kg
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Garlic, crushed 2 cloves
  • Cauliflower (cut in florets) ½ cup
  • Capsicum, cubed 1
  • Cream ¾ cups
  • Parmesan cheese grated ¾ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pepper ¼ tsp
Method
  • Sauté chicken in butter until chicken is no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Add the vegetables and cream; cook until vegetables are tender.Drain pasta. Add the pasta, cheese, salt and pepper to pan; cook and stir until heated through.
