Chicken Pasta Primavera
Ingredients
- Pasta, boiled 2 cups
- Boneless chicken breasts, cubed ½ kg
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Garlic, crushed 2 cloves
- Cauliflower (cut in florets) ½ cup
- Capsicum, cubed 1
- Cream ¾ cups
- Parmesan cheese grated ¾ cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper ¼ tsp
Method
- Sauté chicken in butter until chicken is no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Add the vegetables and cream; cook until vegetables are tender.Drain pasta. Add the pasta, cheese, salt and pepper to pan; cook and stir until heated through.
