Divine Chocolate Cupcakes
Ingredients for Cupcakes
- Sugar 2 cups
- Oil ½ cup
- Water (warm) ¼ cup
- Eggs 2
- Vanilla essence 2 tsp
- Milk 1 cup
- Cocoa powder ¾ cup
- Baking powder 1- ½ tsp
- Baking soda 1- ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Flour 1- ¾ cup
Ingredients for Filling
- Dark chocolate (chopped) 100 gm
- Cream 100 ml
Ingredients for Frosting
- Butter 100 gm
- Cocoa powder 2/3 cup
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Milk 1/3 cup
- Icing sugar 3 cups
Method for Cupcakes
- Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl, stir.Then add oil, eggs, essence & milk, beat for 1 minute.Then add water and beat again.Pour in lined cupcakes tray & bake for 25 minutes in pre-heated oven at 180 C.
- Method for Filling,cook cream in a pan until comes to boil.Pour this hot cream on chopped chocolate & leave for 2 minutes.Mix all well & leave for 2 hours.
- Method for Frosting,Melt butter & mix in cocoa. Then add icing sugar & vanilla essence, beat. Gradually add milk and beat until ready to pipe.
