Divine Chocolate Cupcakes


Ingredients for Cupcakes
  • Sugar 2 cups
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Water (warm) ¼ cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Vanilla essence 2 tsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder ¾ cup
  • Baking powder 1- ½ tsp
  • Baking soda 1- ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Flour 1- ¾ cup
Ingredients for Filling
  • Dark chocolate (chopped) 100 gm
  • Cream 100 ml
Ingredients for Frosting
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Cocoa powder 2/3 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Milk 1/3 cup
  • Icing sugar 3 cups
Method for Cupcakes
  • Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl, stir.Then add oil, eggs, essence & milk, beat for 1 minute.Then add water and beat again.Pour in lined cupcakes tray & bake for 25 minutes in pre-heated oven at 180 C.
  • Method for Filling,cook cream in a pan until comes to boil.Pour this hot cream on chopped chocolate & leave for 2 minutes.Mix all well & leave for 2 hours.
  • Method for Frosting,Melt butter & mix in cocoa. Then add icing sugar & vanilla essence, beat. Gradually add milk and beat until ready to pipe.
