Italian Roasted Chicken Breasts



Ingredients
  • Rosemary 1 tbsp
  • Grated Lemon Rind 1 tsp
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Olive Oil 4 tsp
  • Fennel Seeds, crushed 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Ground Black Pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Garlic Cloves, minced 3
  • Chicken Breast Halves 4
  • Salad or vegetables, to serve with
Method :
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Rub mixture on the chicken breasts. Let marinate for a while and then bake in a greased pyrex dish at 180 degrees C for 35 minutes or until done.. serve with a salad or vegetables.
