Italian Roasted Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
- Rosemary 1 tbsp
- Grated Lemon Rind 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
- Olive Oil 4 tsp
- Fennel Seeds, crushed 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Ground Black Pepper 1/4 tsp
- Garlic Cloves, minced 3
- Chicken Breast Halves 4
- Salad or vegetables, to serve with
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Rub mixture on the chicken breasts. Let marinate for a while and then bake in a greased pyrex dish at 180 degrees C for 35 minutes or until done.. serve with a salad or vegetables.
