Shish Taouk


Ingredients:
  • Chicken breast 1 kg
  • Lemon juice 20 gm
  • Salt a pinch
  • White pepper a pinch
  • Mustard 20 gm
  • Corn oil 10 gm
  • Tomato paste as required
  • Garlic paste 10 gm
  • Tabasco sauce to taste
  • Oregano a pinch
Method:
  • Cut chicken breast into cubes (20 gm each). Add all the ingredients in a bowl and marinate the chicken cubes. Cover the bowl with foil paper and refrigerate for 2 hours. Grill on charcoal with tomatoes and onions.
