Shish Taouk
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast 1 kg
- Lemon juice 20 gm
- Salt a pinch
- White pepper a pinch
- Mustard 20 gm
- Corn oil 10 gm
- Tomato paste as required
- Garlic paste 10 gm
- Tabasco sauce to taste
- Oregano a pinch
Method:
- Cut chicken breast into cubes (20 gm each). Add all the ingredients in a bowl and marinate the chicken cubes. Cover the bowl with foil paper and refrigerate for 2 hours. Grill on charcoal with tomatoes and onions.
