Namkeen Boti


Ingredients:
  • Chicken boneless ½ kg
  • Lemon 3
  • White vinegar ½ cup
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
Method:
  • In a wok, add washed chicken. Add salt and white vinegar. Stir-fry until water dries, then add ginger paste, black pepper crushed, lemon juice, and oil. Allow to cook until chicken tender. Dish it out and serve with naan.
