Coconut Ice Cream


Ingredients:
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Cream of coconut 1 can (14 Oz)
  • Cream 1-1/2 cups
  • Sweetened flaked coconut (optional) 1-1/2 cups
Method:
  • Pour milk and cream of coconut in a blender and mix thoroughly. Stir in cream and flaked coconut. Freeze in an airtight container and let set overnight before serving.
