Green Pea Hummus


Ingredients:
  • Green peas 1 cup
  • Green olives 1/2 cup
  • Pistachios 1-1/2 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Green chilli 1
  • Tahini paste 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Mustard 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
Method:
  • Add a cup of green peas, green chillies, green olives, garlic, pistachios, salt & pepper, tahini paste, lemon juice, mustard and some olive oil. Blend it well to a chunky paste. It tastes great on toast, crackers and with some raw veggie batons such as cucumbers, carrots, & radishes.
