Egg Chaat


Ingredients:
  • Boiled eggs 3
  • Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tsp
  • Tamarind pulp 3 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilly 1
  • chopped spring onion 1
  • Boondi 2-3 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Method:
  • In a bowl, mix tomato ketchup, chili sauce, tamarind pulp, lemon juice, roasted cumin, green chili and salt. In a plate, cut the boiled egg into two and spread the chutney over the boiled egg. Sprinkle some chopped spring onion, garam masala, boondi over the eggs and serve immediately.
