Chicken Pakoras


Ingredients:
  • Boneless chicken breast cut into 1-inch cubes ½ kg
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Paprika powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic clove 1
  • Chickpea flour 1 cup
  • Coriander a small bunch
  • Oil for frying
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Red chillies crushed 1/2 tsp
  • Ground cumin 1/2 tsp
Method:
  • Marinate cubed chicken with yogurt, garam masala, garlic, paprika and 1/2 tsp salt. Mix this all-together and set aside. For the chickpea flour paste, mix chickpea flour, red chillies crushed, ground cumin, salt to taste, chopped up coriander and dry coriander. Mix this with a little cold water at a time the paste will be thick enough to coat the chicken. Heat oil. Dip the marinated chicken in the chickpea flour and deep fry till chicken is done.
