Sweet & Sour Boti


Ingredients
  • Mutton boneless ½ kg
  • Onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder ½ tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Lemon 1
  • Coriander leaves for garnish
  • Green chilies for garnish
Method
  • Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and sauté till golden brown, then add in 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp salt, ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp cumin powder and 1 tsp sugar. Also add a little water, Sauté for a few minutes.Now add mutton meat cut into small cubes, also add required water and cook till meat is tender.Lastly add 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Fry well till water dries.Dish it out , garnish with coriander leaves and chopped green chilies.
