Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• Caster sugar 1 cup
• Vanilla essence 1 tsp
• Peanut butter 1 cup
• Egg 1

Method

• Mix together all ingredients. Form into small balls. Put on ungreased baking tray, then flatten down with a fork. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 180 degrees C.
