Pasta Alfredo


Ingredients
  • Cream 1 pint
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Parmesan cheese grated 1 1/2 cups
  • Pasta boiled 2 cups
  • Parsley, chopped 2 tbsp
Method
  • In a saucepan combine cream, butter and grated Parmesan cheese. Cook over medium low heat until smooth. Remove from heat. Sauce will thicken upon standing. Pour over pasta, sprinkle parsley and serve immediately.
